Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Ufuk Karakuş (“we”, “us”), an independent developer based in Ireland, for the matchID: Word Pairs game (“the app”) on iOS and Android.

1. Accepting these terms

By tapping I AGREE in the app, or by using the app, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Accounts and nicknames

You can play as a guest (an anonymous account kept on your device) or sign in with Google, Apple or e-mail. You are responsible for what is done with your account, so keep your sign-in details to yourself.

Your nickname is public: other players see it on the world ranking and in duels. It must not be offensive, hateful, sexual or insulting, must not contain contact details, and must not pretend to be another person, a brand or us. We may remove a nickname that breaks these rules.

3. Community rules — zero tolerance

The app has public nicknames, a world ranking and chat in duels. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or for abusive users. You must not post, send or use as a nickname:

• harassment, bullying, insults or threats
• hate speech, or content that attacks people for their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age
• sexual or sexually suggestive content
• spam, advertising or links
• personal contact details — yours or anyone else’s (phone numbers, e-mail or home addresses, social media accounts)
• anything illegal, or anything that encourages violence or self-harm

Cheating, or trying to break or overload the online features, is not allowed either. If you break these rules, your content is removed and your account is suspended or banned, without warning.

4. How we enforce the rules

• Filter. Chat messages and nicknames are checked automatically for offensive words, links, e-mail addresses and phone numbers. Chat is off until you turn it on, and guests cannot chat.
• Report. You can report a player from the duel chat and from their player card. A report sends us their account id, nickname and recent chat messages.
• Block. You can block a player from the duel chat and from their player card. Their messages disappear from your screen at once and you will not see new ones. A block also notifies us, with the same details as a report.
• Within 24 hours. We review every report and block within 24 hours. If the content breaks these rules, we remove it and suspend or permanently ban (eject) the user who posted it. A banned player cannot chat, play duels, appear on the ranking or keep a nickname.

5. Purchases

Jokers, tools and ADS FREE are sold through the App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google takes the payment, and their terms and refund rules apply. Items you buy are for use in the app only; they have no cash value and cannot be transferred. ADS FREE can be restored on a new device with “Restore purchases”.

6. Ads

The app shows ads from Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads. Unless you bought ADS FREE, a full-screen ad may be shown between levels. Ads are provided by third parties; we do not control their content or the sites they lead to. Your ad choices are explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Apple users

If you got the app from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These terms are between you and us, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

8. No warranty and limited liability

We make the app with care, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. We do not promise that it will be free of errors or that online features (ranking, duels, chat, cloud save) will always be available. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for content posted by other players.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that the law does not allow to be limited, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time: Settings → Delete account, or follow these steps. We may suspend or end your access to the online features if you break these terms, especially section 3.

10. Changes

We may update these terms, for example when we add a feature. We will change the effective date above and tell you in the app about important changes. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland handle disputes. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country and may also go to your local courts.

Bu koşullar, iOS ve Android’deki matchID: Word Pairs oyunu (“uygulama”) için sizinle İrlanda’da yaşayan bağımsız geliştirici Ufuk Karakuş (“biz”) arasındaki sözleşmedir.

1. Koşulların kabulü

Uygulamada KABUL EDİYORUM’a dokunarak ya da uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikamızı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayın.

2. Hesaplar ve takma adlar

Misafir olarak (cihazınızda duran anonim bir hesapla) oynayabilir ya da Google, Apple veya e-postayla giriş yapabilirsiniz. Hesabınızla yapılanlardan siz sorumlusunuz; giriş bilgilerinizi kimseyle paylaşmayın.

Takma adınız herkese açıktır: öteki oyuncular onu dünya sıralamasında ve düellolarda görür. Takma ad küfürlü, nefret içeren, cinsel ya da aşağılayıcı olamaz; iletişim bilgisi içeremez; başka birini, bir markayı ya da bizi taklit edemez. Bu kurallara uymayan adı kaldırabiliriz.

3. Topluluk kuralları — sıfır tolerans

Uygulamada herkese açık takma adlar, bir dünya sıralaması ve düello sohbeti var. Uygunsuz içeriğe ve taciz eden kullanıcılara hiçbir hoşgörü gösterilmez. Şunları yazamaz, gönderemez, takma ad olarak kullanamazsınız:

• taciz, zorbalık, hakaret ya da tehdit
• nefret söylemi; insanları ırkı, etnik kökeni, uyruğu, dini, cinsiyeti, cinsel yönelimi, engelliliği ya da yaşı yüzünden hedef alan içerik
• cinsel ya da cinsellik çağrıştıran içerik
• spam, reklam ya da bağlantı
• kişisel iletişim bilgisi — sizin ya da başkasının (telefon numarası, e-posta ya da ev adresi, sosyal medya hesabı)
• yasa dışı ya da şiddeti veya kendine zarar vermeyi özendiren her şey

Hile yapmak ya da çevrimiçi özellikleri bozmaya, aşırı yüklemeye çalışmak da yasaktır. Bu kuralları çiğneyenin içeriği kaldırılır, hesabı uyarı yapılmadan askıya alınır ya da yasaklanır.

4. Kuralları nasıl uyguluyoruz

• Süzgeç. Sohbet mesajları ve takma adlar küfür, bağlantı, e-posta adresi ve telefon numarasına karşı otomatik olarak denetlenir. Sohbet siz açana kadar kapalıdır; misafirler sohbet edemez.
• Şikâyet. Bir oyuncuyu düello sohbetinden ve oyuncu kartından şikâyet edebilirsiniz. Şikâyet bize o oyuncunun hesap kimliğini, takma adını ve son sohbet mesajlarını gönderir.
• Engelleme. Bir oyuncuyu düello sohbetinden ve oyuncu kartından engelleyebilirsiniz. Mesajları ekranınızdan hemen kalkar, yenilerini görmezsiniz. Engelleme de şikâyetteki bilgilerle bize bildirilir.
• 24 saat içinde. Her şikâyeti ve engellemeyi 24 saat içinde inceleriz. İçerik bu kuralları çiğniyorsa içeriği kaldırır, yazan kullanıcıyı askıya alır ya da kalıcı olarak yasaklarız (oyundan çıkarırız). Yasaklı oyuncu sohbet edemez, düello oynayamaz, sıralamada görünmez ve takma ad tutamaz.

5. Satın almalar

Joker, alet ve ADS FREE, App Store ya da Google Play üzerinden satılır. Ödemeyi Apple ya da Google alır; onların koşulları ve iade kuralları geçerlidir. Satın aldıklarınız yalnız uygulama içinde kullanılır; nakit değeri yoktur, başkasına devredilemez. ADS FREE yeni bir cihazda “Satın alımları geri yükle” ile geri alınır.

6. Reklamlar

Uygulama, isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklamlar da dahil olmak üzere Google AdMob reklamları gösterir. ADS FREE satın almadıysanız bölüm aralarında tam ekran reklam çıkabilir. Reklamları üçüncü taraflar sağlar; içeriklerini ve yönlendirdikleri siteleri biz belirlemeyiz. Reklam tercihleriniz Gizlilik Politikamızda anlatılır.

7. Apple kullanıcıları

Uygulamayı App Store’dan aldıysanız Apple’ın standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Bu koşullar Apple ile değil, bizimle aranızdadır; uygulamadan ve içeriğinden Apple sorumlu değildir.

8. Garanti yoktur, sorumluluk sınırlıdır

Uygulamayı özenle yapıyoruz, ama yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde hiçbir garanti vermeden, “olduğu gibi” ve “erişilebildiği kadarıyla” sunuyoruz. Hatasız olacağını ya da çevrimiçi özelliklerin (sıralama, düello, sohbet, bulut kaydı) her zaman açık olacağını taahhüt etmiyoruz. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan ve öteki oyuncuların paylaştığı içerikten sorumlu değiliz.

Bu koşullardaki hiçbir şey, yasanın sınırlanmasına izin vermediği tüketici haklarınızı ya da ihmalimizden doğan ölüm veya yaralanma ile dolandırıcılıktan doğan sorumluluğumuzu sınırlamaz.

9. Kullanımın sona ermesi

Uygulamayı kullanmayı istediğiniz zaman bırakabilir, hesabınızı silebilirsiniz: Ayarlar → Hesabı sil, ya da şu adımlar. Bu koşulları, özellikle 3. bölümü çiğnerseniz çevrimiçi özelliklere erişiminizi askıya alabilir ya da sonlandırabiliriz.

10. Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları, örneğin yeni bir özellik eklediğimizde güncelleyebiliriz. Yukarıdaki yürürlük tarihini değiştirir, önemli değişiklikleri uygulamada haber veririz. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam ederseniz yeni koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

11. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullara İrlanda hukuku uygulanır, uyuşmazlıklara İrlanda mahkemeleri bakar. Başka bir ülkede yaşayan bir tüketiciyseniz o ülkenin emredici kurallarının size tanıdığı korumayı korursunuz ve kendi mahkemelerinize de başvurabilirsiniz.

Estas condiciones son un acuerdo entre tú y Ufuk Karakuş (“nosotros”), desarrollador independiente con sede en Irlanda, sobre el juego matchID: Word Pairs (“la app”) para iOS y Android.

1. Aceptación

Al tocar ACEPTO en la app, o al usarla, aceptas estas condiciones y nuestra Política de privacidad. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la app.

2. Cuentas y apodos

Puedes jugar como invitado (una cuenta anónima que se queda en tu dispositivo) o iniciar sesión con Google, Apple o correo electrónico. Eres responsable de lo que se haga con tu cuenta, así que no compartas tus datos de acceso.

Tu apodo es público: los demás jugadores lo ven en la clasificación mundial y en los duelos. No puede ser ofensivo, de odio, sexual ni insultante, no puede incluir datos de contacto y no puede hacerse pasar por otra persona, por una marca ni por nosotros. Podemos retirar un apodo que incumpla estas normas.

3. Normas de la comunidad — tolerancia cero

La app tiene apodos públicos, una clasificación mundial y chat en los duelos. No toleramos el contenido inapropiado ni a los usuarios abusivos. No puedes publicar, enviar ni usar como apodo:

• acoso, intimidación, insultos o amenazas
• discursos de odio o contenido que ataque a personas por su raza, origen étnico, nacionalidad, religión, sexo, orientación sexual, discapacidad o edad
• contenido sexual o sexualmente sugerente
• spam, publicidad o enlaces
• datos personales de contacto, tuyos o de otros (teléfonos, correos o direcciones, cuentas de redes sociales)
• nada ilegal ni nada que anime a la violencia o a autolesionarse

Tampoco se permite hacer trampas ni intentar romper o saturar las funciones en línea. Si incumples estas normas, retiramos tu contenido y suspendemos o bloqueamos tu cuenta sin previo aviso.

4. Cómo aplicamos las normas

• Filtro. Los mensajes del chat y los apodos se revisan automáticamente para detectar palabras ofensivas, enlaces, correos y números de teléfono. El chat está desactivado hasta que lo activas, y los invitados no pueden chatear.
• Denunciar. Puedes denunciar a un jugador desde el chat del duelo y desde su ficha. La denuncia nos envía su identificador de cuenta, su apodo y sus mensajes recientes.
• Bloquear. Puedes bloquear a un jugador desde el chat del duelo y desde su ficha. Sus mensajes desaparecen de tu pantalla al instante y no verás los nuevos. El bloqueo también nos llega, con los mismos datos que una denuncia.
• En 24 horas. Revisamos cada denuncia y cada bloqueo en un plazo de 24 horas. Si el contenido incumple estas normas, lo retiramos y suspendemos o expulsamos para siempre al usuario que lo publicó. Un jugador expulsado no puede chatear, jugar duelos, aparecer en la clasificación ni conservar su apodo.

5. Compras

Los comodines, las herramientas y ADS FREE se venden a través de App Store o Google Play. Apple o Google cobran el pago y se aplican sus condiciones y normas de reembolso. Lo que compras solo sirve dentro de la app, no tiene valor en dinero y no se puede transferir. ADS FREE se recupera en otro dispositivo con “Restaurar compras”.

6. Anuncios

La app muestra anuncios de Google AdMob, incluidos anuncios con recompensa opcionales. Si no has comprado ADS FREE, puede aparecer un anuncio a pantalla completa entre niveles. Los anuncios los ofrecen terceros; no controlamos su contenido ni los sitios a los que llevan. Tus opciones sobre anuncios se explican en nuestra Política de privacidad.

7. Usuarios de Apple

Si descargaste la app desde App Store, también se aplica el Contrato de licencia de usuario final estándar de Apple: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Estas condiciones son entre tú y nosotros, no con Apple; Apple no es responsable de la app ni de su contenido.

8. Sin garantías y responsabilidad limitada

Hacemos la app con cuidado, pero la ofrecemos “tal cual” y “según disponibilidad”, sin garantías de ningún tipo, en la medida en que la ley lo permita. No garantizamos que no tenga errores ni que las funciones en línea (clasificación, duelos, chat, guardado en la nube) estén siempre disponibles. En la medida en que la ley lo permita, no respondemos de daños indirectos ni del contenido que publiquen otros jugadores.

Nada de lo anterior limita los derechos que tienes como consumidor y que la ley no permite limitar, ni nuestra responsabilidad por muerte o lesiones causadas por nuestra negligencia, o por fraude.

9. Fin del uso

Puedes dejar de usar la app y eliminar tu cuenta cuando quieras: Ajustes → Eliminar cuenta, o sigue estos pasos. Podemos suspender o cerrar tu acceso a las funciones en línea si incumples estas condiciones, sobre todo la sección 3.

10. Cambios

Podemos actualizar estas condiciones, por ejemplo al añadir una función. Cambiaremos la fecha de entrada en vigor y te avisaremos en la app de los cambios importantes. Si sigues usando la app después de un cambio, aceptas las nuevas condiciones.

11. Ley aplicable

Estas condiciones se rigen por las leyes de Irlanda y los tribunales de Irlanda resuelven los conflictos. Si eres consumidor y vives en otro país, conservas la protección de las leyes imperativas de ese país y también puedes acudir a tus tribunales locales.
